We understand that our customers have lots of demands on their time so we aim to make sure that dealing with us is easy, trouble-free and integrated to how you do your daily work. If problems arise we aim to fix them straight away.
Our 1800 Support line is available 24/7 to provide software and hardware support. The help desk is manned locally by people that will ensure any problem is resolved as quickly as possible because we understand the pressures of running a successful sale.

Sebastian Meier

Sebastian has been working in the industry for over 5 years, after joining Livestock Exchange in 2015. He grew up on a small hobby farm before moving to Brisbane. Sebastian has a keen focus on providing a great customer experience for all Outcross Systems clients and has expertise in providing support, training, quality assurance, and software solutions to sites all over Australia.

Brian Leveris
Saleyard & Agency Software - Customer Support Officer
Brian has been working in the Information Technology industry since late 2017, and completed his undergraduate degree in 2020. Brian joined the team at Outcross Systems in early 2022 where he has been providing friendly and prompt solutions to clients all over Australia.
His excellent attitude and knowledge in technology has guided many clients to success.

Rob Powell
Stockbook Software - Consultant
Rob grew up on mixed family farm at Coolah. After it was sold in 1980, he managed properties for a few years and then set up a Livestock contracting business, Coolah Stock Services in 1985, specialising in footrot eradication. Rob moved to Hamilton, Victoria in 1996 to promote the use of a footrot product called Radicate in Victoria, NSW and Tasmania and then to Armidale in 2001 when there was a major footrot outbreak in the New England. In 2010 he started data management for Stockbook clients and in November 2014 started work as a Stockbook consultant for Practical Systems. He moved to Outcross Systems in 2019.

Elizabeth Munro
Stockbook Software - Customer Support Officer
Liz started with Practical Systems in May 2017 and moved to Outcross Systems in 2019. Liz has a strong affinity with the livestock and agriculture industry coming from a long family involvement in farming and cattle production. Liz is passionate about supporting clients using Stockbook, so they get the most out of the program.

Nicola Kolbe
Stockbook Software - Customer Support Officer
Nicola has a long-term involvement in the Agricultural industry and has been an integral member of administrative operations with particular attention to the cattle industry. Nicola has also had extensive experience in customer relations and after using Stockbook for several years she has decided to join the team at Outcross Systems as a Customer Support Officer. Nicola also holds a bachelor’s degree, Cert III- Business Administration and Cert IV Stock & Station Agency

Alex Wald
Stockbook Software - Customer Support Officer
Alex grew up on a sheep and cattle farm in the Lachlan Shire in the Central West region of New South Wales in Condobolin on her family farm. Alex is in her second year of university at UNE studying to obtain a Bachelor of Agricultural and Resource Economics. Alex is genuine love for the Agricultural industry and is passionate about ensuring she can assist our Stockbook customers with their support needs.

Toby Fleming
Stockbook Software - Customer Support Officer
Toby is from a dairy property in South West Victoria. He is currently studying for a Bachelor of Agriculture (Animal Production) at UNE. Toby has experience with his family operation and saleyard management, working with Outcross Contracting for the last two years.

Kiera Morcellet
Kiera joined Outcross Systems in July 2023. She has a diverse range of experiences, having worked in hospitality, property, education and banking. Kiera's work has always focused on customer care and providing a great experience.
