We aim to create a customer experience that ensures that our systems, services, advice and support add direct value to your efforts. We understand that our customers have lots of demands on their time so we aim to make sure that dealing with us is easy, trouble-free and integrated to how you do your daily work. If problems arise we aim to fix them straight away.
Our 1800 Support line is available 24/7 to provide software and hardware support. The help desk is manned locally by people that will ensure any problem is resolved as quickly as possible because we understand the pressures of running a successful sale.
Sebastian Meier
Operations Manager
Sebastian has been working in the industry for over 8 years, after joining Livestock Exchange in 2015. He grew up on a small hobby farm before moving to Brisbane. Sebastian has a keen focus on providing a great customer experience for all Outcross Systems clients and has expertise in providing support, training, quality assurance, and software solutions to sites all over Australia.
Rob Powell
Stockbook Software - Consultant
Rob grew up on mixed family farm at Coolah. After it was sold in 1980, he managed properties for a few years and then set up a Livestock contracting business, Coolah Stock Services in 1985, specialising in footrot eradication. Rob moved to Hamilton, Victoria in 1996 to promote the use of a footrot product called Radicate in Victoria, NSW and Tasmania and then to Armidale in 2001 when there was a major footrot outbreak in the New England. In 2010 he started data management for Stockbook clients and in November 2014 started work as a Stockbook consultant for Practical Systems. He moved to Outcross Systems in 2019.
Sally McCook
Marketing and Communications Manager
After completing an Ag Economics degree at UNE, Armidale, Sally worked in an agricultural advertising (Agmark Communications) company in Sydney before returning home to her family business, Ruddweigh in Guyra, NSW. Ruddweigh manufactured a range of agricultural weighing systems for livestock where Sally led the sales and marketing team for over 10 years. After a break into the education sector, Sally is enjoying returning to the Ag industry and supporting the Outcross Systems team in marketing and communications.
Kiera Morcellet
Senior Customer Support Officer
Kiera joined Outcross Systems in July 2023. She has a diverse range of experiences, having worked in hospitality, property, education and banking. Kiera's work has always focused on customer care and providing a great experience.
Andrew Lynn
Stockbook Software - Customer Support Officer
Andrew has spent his life immersed in Agriculture. He grew up on a broad acre cropping, wool and cattle stud in the Western Australian wheatbelt and attended the WA college of Agriculture, Cunderdin. His love of learning combined with a passion for agriculture lead him to Murdoch University where he completed a Bachelor of Animal Science/Animal Health with honours. Andrew is looking forward to the opportunity to help more producers develop their data recording and analysis to help them get that extra insight, production and profit out of their operation.
Nicola Kolbe
Stockbook Software - Customer Support Officer
Nicola has an extensive involvement within the Agricultural industry, specialising in the administrative operations of the cattle industry. She has substantial experience in customer relations and after using Stockbook for several years herself, she has joined the team at Outcross Systems as a Customer Support Officer. Nicola holds a Bachelor's degree, Cert III in Business Administration and Cert IV in Stock & Station Agency, attesting to her invaluable industry knowledge.
Brian Leveris
Saleyard & Agency Software - Customer Support Officer
Brian has been working in the Information Technology industry since late 2017, and completed his undergraduate degree in 2020. Brian joined the team at Outcross Systems in early 2022 where he has been providing friendly and prompt solutions to clients all over Australia. His excellent attitude and knowledge in technology has guided many clients to success.
David Mortimer

David comes to Outcross Systems with over 25 years of experience in IT. He has always been interested in the agricultural industry since growing up on a cattle property near Murwillumbah NSW. David really enjoys supporting our customers and ensuring their needs are met as quickly as possible.
Lauren Bourke
Stockbook Software - Customer Support Officer
Lauren joins us with extensive experience from her 7-year career at Aurizon Quirindi, where she honed her skills in logistical management, team leadership, and data analysis. After moving into administration at UNE, Lauren continued to excel in customer interaction and compliance management. She's also an active member of the Armidale campdraft club and owns a property managing cattle and sheep. Lauren is excited to help our Stockbook customers get the most out of the program and contribute to their success.
Tahnee Tosh
Saleyard & Agency - Customer Support Officer
Tahnee comes with a rich background in the livestock industry, from dairying and primary production to seedstock and saleyards. With hands-on experience in station work, farm management, and staff supervision, Tahnee is an expert in herd health and record-keeping systems. She’s been a Livestock Administration Officer and a Level 2 AuctionsPlus assessor and is currently also the Dorrigo Saleyard Manager. Tahnee is passionate about helping others thrive in saleyard management and is excited to bring her expertise to the Saleyards and Agencies support team at Outcross.
